Returns/Damaged Items Policy
We accept return for some defective merchandise but most of these are handled from the Manufacturer. . The buyer will be responsible for shipping cost.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Firearms have a 1 day non firing inspection period. If there is a problem with the firearm please Contact Us immediately. Please do not take firearm out of the receiving store (DO NOT FILL OUT THE 4473) Taking the firearms home assumes the firearm has been inspected and in working order. If it is a new firearm and there is a manufacture defect we asked that you please contact the Manufacture directly to utilize their warranty programs.
Items damaged during shipping can be returned and we will send a shipping label. Please contact us for this Once the item arrived back to the store we will either give a full refund or send out a new item (if available) at no expense to the buyer.

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain states or certain areas with in States.

All small parts are typically shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
We ship most items via USPS. Sometimes they take a while to update tracking. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update or show up in their system. It is not uncommon for USPS to miss scanning a package at one or more facilities. Sometimes a package will show “in transit” for several days without updating or won’t show any movement until it reaches the destination facility. This is completely normal and it usually means your package is delayed due to weather, holiday surge or other circumstances. 99 times out of 100 the package shows up at the next facility in route within a few days.
